REFUND POLICY - Cancellation will be submitted in writing, telephone or in person to an authorized school official. All students will be entitled to a 100% refund at any time prior to the start of instruction. In the event of a 16 hour On-the-job-training (OJT) course, the students will be entitled to a 100% refund policy prior to the start of instruction and, if the student cancels following the start of the first 8 hours, but before the start of the second 8 hours block of instruction, the student will be entitled to a 50% refund.

* A Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) approved security guard training school cannot assess any cancellation fees.
